Welcome to the first Rewild Kitchen x Earth Skin Studio Workshop. For this workshop, we wanted to focus on nourishing the skin from the inside out. We will be hosting an intimate gathering starting out with a bone broth ceremony led by Krystina, followed by a facial cupping tutorial by Sabrina.
-
You will receive a bone broth ceremony, your own facial cupping kit, an intentional tutorial on how to use them, and a goodie bag.
-
As we gather in ceremony, we will sit together and partake in a delightful, warming and enriching experience. Our bodies will receive the nourishing effects of a hydrating and mineralizing broth that has been carefully prepared by Krystina. This delightful broth is made with a blend of carefully selected ingredients, each chosen for their unique properties to support our health and skin from the inside out. As we savour each sip, we will feel our bodies become replenished and our skin glowing with health and vitality.

Facial cupping is a technique that can help detoxify the skin, reduce fine lines, and brighten the complexion. It works by promoting an increase in blood flow to the face. Cupping therapy has many therapeutic benefits, including reducing stress and helping with TMJ, muscular tension, headaches, and sinus issues.
Krystina
Guided by her passion for land stewardship, permaculture, food freedom, self-empowered wellness, and, of course, delicious food, Krys is the heart and soul behind Rewild Kitchen.
Gathering around a meal is a form of ceremony, and I am passionate about guiding others back to nature through the art of good food. Since 2015, I have coached clients as a Certified Holistic Nutrition consultant, travelled the world studying ancestral food systems, and teaching the wonders of wild fermentation and home composting. I am currently located in Western Canada and share my time between Vancouver and Central Alberta.
Along my journey, I have crafted farm-to-table menus at eco-villages from Hawaii to Guatemala, been published in multiple international nature-centred magazines, and in 2021, I infused my passions together, and Rewild Kitchen was born.
Out of the kitchen, I enjoy wildcrafting, barefoot walks in the forest, writing poems for bugs, sipping broth, and writing my first book.
Sabrina
The founder of Earth Skin Studio started her facial journey eight years ago and has since honed her specialties into facial massage and natural skin treatments, including buccal, gua sha, and facial cupping. She believes in a less is more approach to healing the skin, and all her products and treatments are sustainability-focused. Putting the earth first and every corner of her business
The idea for Earth Skin Studio was born when Sabrina attended a skincare exposition in Las Vegas. After spending a weekend in the desert, she collected a large number of product samples that were more than anyone could use. She gave some away and donated others, but still had a lot that expired and went to waste. This experience inspired her to come up with a more sustainable approach to the skincare industry.
She now runs a skincare clinic and retail space that is focused solely on sustainable and low-waste skincare. Where even the facials are minimal to low waste, with every decision putting the planet first.
